Social Commerce: Sorry, Social Commerce Page Tab Manager hasn’t been approved for display in App Center.

Cause

The site is not configured fully for SSL, even though SSL is enabled and detected by the Facebook Page Tab checker.

Solution

1. Go to Settings → Reading and ensure both URLs start with https://
