You should always use Heading 3 (H3) or lower in your product descriptions to allow your Product title to sit higher in the SEO hierarchy.

If you must use H2, the following may help in some themes:

Go to Theme Options and scroll down to the Custom Styling section
Copy and paste the following code into the Custom CSS box:
