This is due to the widget settings being left to default or not all options selected and saved. The widget will pull whatever settings it can find in your database to make up for missing info.

- Expand the Content Widget on the right
- Ensure all filters are selected by going through each option and hitting Save after your selections. See your Theme Documentation for specifics on your content widget settings.
- Reload your homepage
Still Didn’t Help?
If you have Sticky Posts, some themes may not be excluding them, and will add them to your set post count. Ensure your theme is up to date!
